Yetis Athletics for the Week
The Baseball team hosts Rockingham CC on Wednesday for a single game beginning at 2 pm. On Thursday, baseball hosts Gardner-Webb's JV team for a doubleheader beginning at 1 pm. This weekend the Yetis host Wake Tech for a Region 10 three game series. Saturday's doubleheader starts at 1 pm and the final game will be played Sunday at noon. Admission is $5 with Yeti Club members admitted free. CCC students, faculty and staff are admitted free with College ID.
The Softball team travels to Southwest Virginia CC for a Region 10 doubleheader on Wednesday with game one beginning at 1 pm. The Flying Eagles play on campus, 635 Community College Road, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609. Softball travels to Wake Tech for a Region 10 doubleheader on Saturday beginning at noon. The Eagles play at Buffaloe Road Athletic Park, 5812 Buffaloe Road, Raleigh, NC 27616. The Yetis finish their regular season on Sunday with a Region 10 doubleheader at Louisburg College beginning at 1 pm. The Hurricanes play on campus at Sheila R. Cotton Field, 501 North Main Street, Louisburg, NC 27549.
The Track and Field team travels to Hickory on Saturday to compete at the LR Bears Invitational. The meet is hosted by Lenoir-Rhyne University at the Moretz Sports Complex, 6th St NE Hickory, 28601.
