Yetis Split with Southwest
The Cleveland Community College Softball team split their home doubleheader versus Southwest Virginia on Wednesday.

The Eagles won game one 17-15 with the Yetis winning game two 10-2.
In game one, Kadence Hopper would gain three hits and Trinity Hatchel would hit two doubles. Brianna Frye would hit a grand slam homerun and drive in 5 RBI's. In game two, Brooke Dover would strike out 8 batters over 5 innings in a game decided by run rule. Mallory Haynes and Frye would double with Frye driving in four runs on the day.
The Yetis complete the week with a home doubleheader versus Wake Tech on Friday.
