Beyond the collegiate level, Coach Wilson is the founder and director of Cleveland Chaos Volleyball Club, where she has led strategic growth, athlete development, and tournament operations since 2014. Her dedication to nurturing talent has helped countless young athletes excel both on and off the court.

Prior to her collegiate and club achievements, Wilson built a powerhouse program at Crest High School as the Varsity Volleyball Coach. There, she was honored six times as Big South Conference Coach of the Year while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and unity.

Coach Wilson is widely respected for her tireless work ethic, athlete-centered coaching philosophy, and emphasis on holistic player development—mentally, physically, and personally. Her technical expertise is matched by her ability to build meaningful connections, motivate teams, and foster a positive, high-performance environment.

She holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University and has worked extensively as a Speech-Language Pathologist, enhancing her communication and teaching skills in diverse educational settings.

Off the court, Jamie is a proud wife and mother. She and her husband Chris have been married for 23 years and are parents to three children—Jack, Ben, and Livy—who are the heart of her inspiration and biggest fans of her coaching journey.
